Shipping Policy

Exotic Cannabis Store cares what happens to your package. Because of this, we purchase, on our dime, delivery confirmation on all First Class Mail shipments sent via USPS. Larger shipments and larger items sent with FedEx will already have this information and exoticcannabisstore.com can adequately track this with no specialty needs. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address used to make the order as soon as our warehouse has packed your shipment up.

Packages ship Monday-Friday (we do not ship on the weekends). Shipping cut off time for Friday is 1 pm est. If your order was placed after this cut off time, your order will go out on the next business day (Monday).

Tracking may also say the package has yet to be picked up by USPS and is still at our facility, we assure you it is in the hands of usps but due to heavy nation wide delays, they are not providing accurate tracking and in some cases no tracking at all.

Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, internet commerce is at an all-time high, creating unprecedented levels of Exotic Cannabis VSOP orders and residential deliveries for our package delivery partners. This is creating some challenges which are keeping us from serving Customers the way we want and you deserve. For this, we are truly sorry.

While we’ve projected estimated delivery dates as accurately as possible, please note there may be delays from our package delivery partners as they’re experiencing large volumes and Employee shortages. If your order takes longer than expected, we’re very sorry and appreciate your patience in allowing a few extra days before contacting us.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (USA)

Please keep in mind, delivery times are provided by the shipping courier (DHL, USPS) and it is subject to change. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package, please contact your courier directly. Also please note, shipping delays may occur, many times shipping updates are also delayed due to the speed of the courier as well as the volumes of package they may encounter.
Items in the US typically arrive anywhere from 2-7 business days (Most arrive in as few as 3 and some boxes may take up to 10 days). If you have not received an email with tracking after the 7th business day, please contact us so we can check the status of your order. All items ship within 24 hours of ordering using fast shipping. Once an item leaves our facility, your tracking information will automatically update.
When inquiring about an order, Please provide us with your order number so we can easily find you in our system. Many delays are caused by your local postal service. It is also common for items to arrive separately due to them leaving from separate facilities.
Customer service is our number one priority. If you ever have any issue with your item/items purchased from our store, please do not be hesitant to contact us and we will help you the best way we can!

Returns Policy

Thank you so much for buying from sales@exoticcannabisstore.com. We appreciate your business. If you are here however, it would suggest there is a problem. We are happy to help. If you have an issue with returns or exchanges, you are in the right place.

It is an excellent idea to to do your research before buying any product online before you buy. This will help ensure you are well-informed and truly do want the item you are ordering. Due to the nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be made on items that have been used in any way whatsoever. Making sure this is the product for you will help ensure the best possible outcome. Our amazing staff is more than happy to answer questions ahead of your purchase so please do not hesitate to ask about anything you want to know about. Seriously, we are all very knowledgeable and super friendly, we would love to chat. We will do our best to make sure you have all of the information you will need.

If you do have to return something, here is what you need to know…

ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS

All items purchased from sales@exoticcannabisstore.com must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange. There are no exceptions:

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition.
  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Any glass damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be acquired by  emailing us at sales@exoticcannabisstore.com . No returns or exchanges will be permitted without an RMA. This number must be written on all sides of the return packaging to ensure it is properly seen.
  • Return shipping is not included in the purchase agreement and is covered by the customer. Understand this also does not include any repayment for faster shipping ordered on the initial order. Exotic Cannabis VSOP Dispensary strongly encourages return shipments to be tracked and insured. Lost or damaged returns will not be credited unless it can be tracked and is insured.
  • Exotic Cannabis VSOP Dispensary strongly recommends purchasing insurance on your return package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Exotic Cannabis VSOP Dispensary cannot accept receipt of the return and no refund will be given.
  • Customer agrees to a 20-50% processing fee for items that have been opened, tampered with, or have broken factory seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes charging cables, covers, storage, parts and/or accessories.
  • Exotic Cannabis VSOP Dispensary, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange and/or may require more information to ultimately allow a return or exchange.
  • All refunds will be issued within two (2) business weeks of the date of receipt to our warehouse.
    Providing that all of the above conditions are in verifiable order, this would be a full refund or the exchanged merchandise sent out.

ORDERS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS

Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction so we will do everything in our power to facilitate a smooth return or exchange. Due to circumstances outside of our immediate control, such as larger shipping costs, customs fees, and the like, we may not always be able to accommodate.

NOTICE

Exotic Cannabis VSOP Dispensary reserves the right to modify or change this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Changes will always be posted on this page unless otherwise noted here.

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery! All glass damages must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours to be considered for a refund or exchange.
